WHAT THIS IS, HONESTLY ・ 正直なところ
The answer comes from the public Lightning graph as Raikiri's own node sees it: channel capacities and announced fee policies. It does not know balances, so a route shown here can still fail in a real payment, and a large size is more likely to. Unannounced (private) channels are invisible to us; if your node has them, you may be able to pay even when no route is shown. Only your node → Raikiri is checked. We do not check Raikiri → you, because that answer would give away our channel balances.
答えは、雷切のノードが見ている公開のネットワーク図（チャネルの容量と、告知された値札）から出しています。残高は分からないので、ここで道があっても、実際の支払いは失敗することがあります（額が大きいほど）。告知していない（プライベートな）チャネルは、こちらからは見えません。調べるのは「あなた → 雷切」だけです。逆向きは、答えから雷切の残高が透けるので、調べません。
