Paste your list of entries. The shop locks it (time and SHA-256), and then the next particles of background radiation that hit its Geiger counter pick the winners. Nobody, not you and not the shop, can know or steer the result in advance. The result page shows the list, the particle times and the calculation, so anyone can check it. Free.

It takes 1 to 6 minutes: the counter catches about two particles a minute, and a bigger list waits for a few more. The result page is not listed anywhere; only people with its link can open it. The shop gives no prize and keeps no record of who ran the draw. The same name entered twice has two chances. Links are not accepted in entries. If the counter stays silent for 20 minutes, computer random numbers are used and the page says so.
1〜6 分かかります（粒は 1 分に 2 つほど。一覧が長いと、待つ粒が少し増えます）。結果のページはどこにも一覧で出さず、リンクを知っている人だけが開けます。店は賞品を出さず、だれが抽選したかも残しません。同じ名前を 2 回入れると、2 回分当たりやすくなります。リンクは入れられません。カウンターが 20 分静かなときは計算機の乱数で決め、ページにそう書きます。
